Theoretical Development

Development of the device would suggest that a mathematical model be formulated to establish the feasibility and prove the performance of the device identifying and comparing such variables as volume and number of floats; depth of operation; throughput of water; syphonic discharge performance etc. to determine the forces generated and their commercial potentials at the various conditions of operation.

Mechanical Development

In conjunction with the above the design and development of the mechanisms required to operate such a device should be undertaken with a simple test model or prototype constructed to demonstrate the devices operation.
